MISSOULA, MT
Collaborative Development has acquired 72-acres of land in Missoula, Montana that is adjacent to Hellgate Elementary and within the newly created Sx͏ʷtpqyen (Mullan) Area Neighborhoods Master Plan. Entitlements have been secured for 260 single-family residential lots serving 292 homes, as well as the establishment of a 28-acre adjacent public park (16-acres donated by the developer). The homes are designed and priced to target first-time home buyers and working Missoulians who have been priced out of the local market (sale price points correspond to 127%-145% AMI).
